Orientation:
My theoretical orientation could best be described as multimodal.
I use a combination of insight, family systems, reality and rational
- emotive techniques. I also rely heavily on behavioral techniques
for phobias, assertive problems and anxiety; Gestalt techniques
for depression and anger; and some hypnotherapy for deep relaxation,
amnesia and desensitization. All these techniques are delivered
with a warm, understanding, empathetic, and enthusiastic framework
which I have found to have the greatest effect.
